Recently, Jelly Roll shared in a TikTok video that he underwent reconstructive mouth surgery to enhance his smile. In the video, he explained the process, which included replacing his veneers, getting implants, and having cavities and wisdom teeth removed.
“I’ve had these same veneers for 20 years. I’m finally getting them replaced, and I’m getting some implants and getting some cavities and wisdom teeth pulled out. I’m doing a lot of s–t,” he said in the video.
Now, having reached financial stability in his career, Jelly Roll was able to afford the significant dental procedures he desired. At the iHeartRadio Music Awards on April 1, 2024, he confidently showed off the results of his dental transformation for the first time.

Not only did Jelly Roll show off his new smile at the award show, but he also emerged as a big winner of the night. The artist was one of the most nominated individuals at Monday night’s iHeartRadio Music Awards, earning a total of 8 nominations spanning three genres: country, pop, and rock. As a first-time nominee, Jelly Roll secured two awards early in the evening: Best New Artist (Pop) and Best New Artist (Country).
Not only was he among the most nominated artists of the evening, but he also graced the stage for a performance during the ceremony. Lainey Wilson joined Jelly Roll in a rendition of their 2023 hit, “Save Me.”
