Kelly Clarkson Suffers Wardrobe Mishap On Stage, And Her Response Is Priceless

Kelly Clarkson handled a wardrobe malfunction the best way she knew how: by laughing and making fun of herself.
Kelly is currently in Las Vegas for her Studio Sessions residency at Caesars Palace. With shows happening back-to-back, there’s bound to be a few unexpected moments along the way.
Well, one of those happened during her performance held on Saturday night, August 8, when she ran into a little wardrobe issue on stage.
The “Breakaway” singer was talking with the audience between songs when the wind blew hard, causing the tan, sheer top she was wearing to rise up and briefly reveal the black bra she had on underneath.
A video shared by TMZ shows Kelly quickly reacting, pulling her top back down.
“There’s a lot of amazing things happening,” she said. “Uh oh, there’s my boobs.”
She didn’t let it bother her. Kelly added,
“They’re too small, they won’t come out. You’re fine. They’re not going anywhere… They’re perfect.”
Kelly immediately regretted poking fun at herself, though. She remembered that someone had told her about the Lion’s Gate Portal and that she needed to be careful about what she put out into the universe.
The Lion’s Gate Portal is an astrological event that happens every year on August 8. It marks a symbolic alignment between the Sun in Leo, Earth, and the bright star Sirius.
Some people believe this creates a high-energy time for personal growth and setting goals.
“I’m gonna be honest with you…somebody was like, ‘It’s the Lion’s Gate Portal. It’s 8/8/8. There’s so much energy out, don’t speak negatively,’” Kelly explained.
“Right when I made a self-deprecating joke, I’m like, ‘Just kidding, universe, my boobs are awesome.'”
Kelly has only two more shows for her Vegas residency. She’ll wrap up the run next weekend, on August 14th and 15th.

Kelly Clarkson Drops Her First New Song In Over A Year
Now that Kelly isn’t filming her daytime talk show anymore, she has more time to focus on other projects. Along with her Vegas residency, the Grammy winner has also been spending time in the studio.
She recently released her single “I’d Be Lyin’,’ which is her first new song in over a year.
“So basically my new song, ‘I’d Be Lyin’,’ is about when you’re talking to someone and it’s like, what you’re saying is somehow being filtered because it’s not what they’re hearing. And if I just leaned in and just said what they wanted to hear, I would be lying,” she explained on her SiriusXM channel, The Kelly Clarkson Connection.
Fans will also see Kelly on the upcoming Season 30 of The Voice. She will be one of the four coaches, along with Riley Green, Queen Latifah, and Adam Levine.
