The American Idol Season 22 finale left viewers in awe with a stunning showcase of talent as the Top 3 contestants took the stage to deliver unforgettable performances.

Tonight’s episode was further elevated by the return of past contestants, who treated the audience to special and memorable duet performances, creating a night to remember!

During the finale, judge Luke Bryan graced the stage with an electrifying performance of his new single, “Love You, Miss You, Mean It.” The highlight of his performance, however, was when he invited Mia Matthews to join him on stage for a special duet.

The duo delivered a captivating rendition of George Strait’s timeless classic, “Run,” enthralling the audience with their harmonious blend of voices. Released in 2001, “Run” carries a powerful message of perseverance and determination in the face of life’s challenges. The song explores the struggles and challenges one faces in life, urging the listener to keep going despite the obstacles.

The meaningful and uplifting message of “Run” added a special significance to the finale episode.

Bryan and Matthews’ performance was well-received by fans, who openly shared their excitement about it on social media:
