A young TikToker named Benji shared a video on social media showing the moment his dad walked out onto their front porch and got into a fight with a momma deer.

The footage was shot from their home RING security doorbell camera and starts off showing Benji’s father walking out the door and accidentally stepping on a wild fawn that was laying at the foot of the steps on their front porch.

The animal shrieked from the pain of being stepped on and Benji’s father was completely surprised and a bit frightened. He jumped into the air and stumbled around trying to get away from it, while looking back as if he was trying to figure out what he stepped on.

When things couldn’t get any more confusing, a mad mother deer comes running out of nowhere onto the property, kicking her legs, and running directly for Benji’s dad.

She chases him around the front yard and away from her baby in the corner. Once she’s got him pushed far enough away, she turns back to check on the fawn which is still hiding at the corner of the home.

At this point, Benji’s father can be seen in the background hiding behind one of the cars in the driveway, watching the deer at a safe distance. The mother deer cautiously walks to her offspring and gets it to follow her out of the corner and off the property. Benji wrote in his post no one was injured during the encounter.
