Matthew Perry’s Gorgeous Hollywood Hills Home Listed For Sale

Nearly five months before he passed away, Matthew Perry purchased a home in the Hollywood Hills. After his unexpected passing, his estate is listed it for sale.
In June 2023, the actor – who is best known for his role as Chandler Bing on the hit sitcom Friends – died on October 28 at the age of 54.
Perry was found unresponsive in the jacuzzi of his Pacific Palisades home. In the hours after news broke of his unexpected passing, many people took to social media to express their shock and sadness. Some of those people were actors who appeared on Friends including Maggie Wheeler, who played Janice, and Morgan Fairchild, who played his mother.
His five Friends co-stars released a joint statement two days after his passing.
Matt LeBlanc, David Schwimmer, Lisa Kudrow, Jennifer Aniston, and Courteney Cox came together to grieve their friend.
“We are all so utterly devastated by the loss of Matthew,” they said in a statement to PEOPLE. “We were more than just cast mates. We are a family. There is so much to say, but right now we’re going to take a moment to grieve and process this unfathomable loss.”
The statement continued, “In time we will say more, as and when we are able. For now, our thoughts and our love are with Matty’s family, his friends, and everyone who loved him around the world.”
In time, each actor shared a series of photos on their respective Instagrams. Each post was more emotional than the last, the most heart-wrenching being from his TV wife Courtney Cox, and his real-life crush, Jennifer Aniston.
One of the photos Aniston shared was a text exchange with Perry, which she said she will cherish forever.
Nearly seven months after his passing, Perry’s estate listed the home in an attempt to offload one of his properties in LA.
Perry purchased a three-bedroom home in the Hollywood Hills in June 2023. The home boasts 2,500 square feet, a gorgeous patio, pool, fire pit, screening room, and many more accouterments.
The property, which he never actually lived in, has been listed for $5,195,000.
Greg Holcomb and Timothy Durkovic are the listing agents on the property, which is being sold by the LLC in Perry’s trust’s moniker, Alvy Singer. You may also recognize this name as Woody Allen’s character in the classic movie Annie Hall.
