Mom Puts Thanksgiving Meal On Hold To Remove 10ft Snake From Garage
on Nov 29, 2021
Professional wildlife handler Mike Kimmel who also goes by the name Python Cowboy shared a video of his mother helping him trap a snake that slithered into their garage.
Python Cowboy filmed the video in his family’s hometown in Port St. Lucie, Florida while they were all gathered together cooking a feast for an early Thanksgiving on November 20th.
The video showed his mom in her cooking apron pulling on the tail of a 10-foot python that had slithered underneath the car and was determined to stay there. It had its head through one of the car wheels and was holding on for dear life as mom pulled.
“My hands are greasy,” Python Cowboy’s mother says in the video.
As it tried to bite him, Python Cowboy carefully unwrapped the snake’s neck and head out from the car’s wheel. Fortunately, he had a good grip on the back of its neck and it wasn’t able to get to him.
He released the snake while she pulled on its tail and in a combined effort, they were able to get it out from under the car.
“Nice job, Mom,” Python Cowboy says. “You’re a freaking natural.”
The snake handler shared the 29-second video on TikTok and since then it has received more than 4.4 million views. You can view the video below.
