A company straight out of Lexington, Kentucky is about to change the game forever with these stylish new sneakers for horses called, Horse Kicks.

This new sneaker company will be making shoes inspired by some of the most popular brands of footwear on the market, including brands like Jordans, Nike, Adidas, and New Balance.

Horse Kicks wrote on their website, “Lexington, Kentucky is home to the world’s greatest equine athletes. For far too long, these multi-millionaires have been fitted with traditional, run-of-the-mill horseshoes. Horse Kicks is here to change that. Based out of Lexington, Kentucky, the Horse Capital of the World, Horse Kicks was founded to offer horses of all breeds and disciples the drip they deserve.”

The person behind this new concept is Marcus Floyd who is a Lexington, Kentucky-based shoe artist who has studied “deconstruction and reconstruction” at The Shoe Surgeon’s SRGN Academy.

“Horse Kicks are created by Lexington native Marcus Floyd, aka Infinite Kustomz, creating custom 1 to 1 orders in classic colorways. A lifelong sneakerhead, Floyd studied the art of shoe “decon/recon” at The Shoe Surgeon’s SRGN Academy. Now he’s pioneering a whole new genre of footwear never before seen in the sneaker game,” Horse Kicks wrote.

The website also says Floyd will be creating custom-made Horse Kicks for those who want a pair and he has already created several pre-made styles that will be debuting in his fall line.

The pre-made styles are inspired by the Fragment x Air Jordan 1 High, “Court Purple” Jordan 1, “Dazzling Blue” Adidas Boost 350 V2, and the New Balance 650.

During this year’s Breeders’ Cup World Championships taking place from November 4th – November 5th, Horse Kicks is will be opening a limited pop-up shop to see the shoes in person.

The mentioned fall-line sneakers above will be on display at Horse Kicks’ grand opening and then the shoes will be auctioned off on November 12th at the Sneaker Ball Lex charity event.

Those already interested in buying a custom pair of Horse Kicks can pre-order them right now at Horsekickslex.com.

The price to make a pre-order is $1,200 and the company is donating 10% of the sales to Sneaker Ball Lex and its charities.
