Who Won The Album Of 2023 Award At The People’s Choice Country Awards?
Thursday (September 28) was a big night for country music. That night, the first-ever People’s Choice Country Awards aired on NBC and Peacock. The ceremony was held at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, Tennessee.
The members of Little Big Town served as the hosts of the event.
Performers included Blake Shelton, Toby Keith, Wynonna, Kelsea Ballerini, HARDY, and more. Keith received the first Country Icon Award, while Wynonna earned the inaugural Country Champion Award.
Fans voted for the winners of every other award. They are the People’s Choice Awards after all!
Voting remained open from August 16-August 25. Fans voted for their favorite artists, songs, tours, and albums. Eight albums earned a nomination for The Album of 2023.

And the winning album is…One Thing At a Time by Morgan Wallen! It’s no wonder why it won, since it was a #1 album on the Top Country Albums chart and the all-genre Billboard 200 chart.
