During an exclusive front-row experience of her Las Vegas residency, Miranda Lambert took Tamron Hall through her wardrobe closet, including a fascinating highlight—a jacket that catches fire.

The queen of rhinestones and fringe certainly did not disappoint!

Miranda Lambert revealed that she has names for all her favorite outfits. From pieces like “Lone Star Elvis” to “Little Red Wagon,” and even a jumpsuit weighing a whopping 25 pounds (imagine wearing that), the country superstar is truly making a statement with these incredible fashion choices she wears on tour.

Miranda and her longtime stylist, Tiffany Gifford, paid meticulous attention to the details, ensuring that every one of her tour outfits was adorned with rhinestones.

During her feature on the Tamron Hall Show, Miranda shared insights into her relationship with Tiffany, stating, “We’ve worked together for 13 years. She is the brains behind all the Vegas Elvis-inspired everything.”

How Her Impressive Wardrobe Came To Be

Upon her induction into the Cowgirl Hall of Fame, Miranda had the opportunity to explore the array of famous cowgirl outfits on display. From the blingy and embroidered jumpsuits to other iconic ensembles, she humorously remarked, “I was like, ‘I want to be that when I grow up.'”

When Tamron inquired about seeing her outfits, affectionately referred to by Miranda as “the girls,” the country star, known for her “insane” fashion, shared details about the unique collaboration with her stylist.

Describing the process as a “collaboration of art,” Tiffany reflected on what it’s like to add her expertise to someone who is already inherently stylish.

“With her, the music tells me everything I need to know. I mean, because she’s so authentic in the way she writes, the way she lives her life, it tells me everything I need to know about what the wardrobe should be.”

“One of the first things we created was ‘Lone Star Elvis.’”

On opening night, Miranda Lambert wore the outfit which was patented after one of Elvis’ famous jumpsuits he wore in Las Vegas. Additionally, she said that the outfit’s name is a nod to one of her most popular songs, “Actin’ Up.”

“Actin’ Up” was released by Lambert on her 2022 album Palomino. Since its release, the track has gained popularity among fans and has become one of Lambert’s personal favorites to perform during her Las Vegas shows.

“I love ‘Actin’ Up.’ I’ve had a great time with that one. I’m always testing the waters. I’m like, ‘Are there too many new ones? Are people going to be over it?’” Lambert told Vulture.

The Iconic Flame Jacket

While Miranda Lambert’s whole wardrobe for her Vegas residency is abundant with flashy, cowgirl-inspired attire, one standout piece is the “fringe flame” jacket that captures attention by shooting out jets of fire when she extends her arms and presses a button.

“She’s been trying to get me to light her on fire for years,” her stylist laughed. “It took me a while to come around to it. I was like I can’t be that stylist that like lights my client literally on fire. I was just like there has to be something. I mean, it’s Vegas and fringe has been her thing for so long. I was like, ‘We should do fire fringe.’ I was inspired by Lady Gaga’s fire bra, so I found the guy that did that and I was like, ‘Can you help me do this?’”
