A Special Fan Joins Carrie On Stage
We’ve always known that Carrie Underwood has a heart of gold, and she proved it once again during a concert in Ohio.
While performing at the US Bank Arena in Cincinnati, Underwood was singing her hit song “Little Toy Guns” when one person in the crowd caught her eye.
Like many fans, this audience member was holding up a sign to draw Carrie’s attention to him. It obviously worked, because Carrie kindly invited him on stage.
What made the moment special was the fact that the fan was an 11-year-old boy. Named Connor, the little guy was a bit shy on stage, but we’re sure he was loving every moment he spent up there with Carrie.
He’s Met So Many Artists
Connor has seen many country concerts already, and has caught the attention of more stars than Carrie. Each time he’d visit a concert, he’d show up with a sign asking to come up on stage with the star. Slowly, he started checking off his list, as he got to meet Brad Paisley, Luke Bryan, and others.

The next person on Connor’s list was Carrie, and she helped him check that wish off too. Connor’s mother spoke to WKRC-TV, saying that he’s a big fan of Carrie and “Little Toy Guns” in particular.
She said that Connor has taken the message of the song to heart, saying it “hits home” for him “because he wishes no one would ever get hurt.“
A Moment To Remember
His mother said that Connor, who has Tourette syndrome, has always found comfort in Underwood’s music and country music in general, saying, “country music is like medicine to him.”
So when Carrie sweetly crouched down next to Connor and handed him the microphone, he must have been so happy.
Connor was hesitant to sing at first, but he slowly and softly started to sing “Little Toy Guns,” with Carrie by his side the entire time.
A news reporter in the audience filmed the touching moment and uploaded the video on social media. Now you can see it for yourself below.
This is yet another one of the many reasons why we love Carrie!
