Former President Donald Trump’s Five Children Issues Statements In Response To Saturday’s Shooting At One Of Their Father’s Campain Rallies.
In the wake of the recent shooting incident, the Trump family is once again thrust into the national spotlight.
On Saturday, July 13, Donald Trump’s rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, took a dramatic turn when what sounded like gunshots echoed through the air. Trump instinctively reached for his right ear and took cover behind the podium as Secret Service agents quickly surrounded him.
In the ensuing chaos, agents swiftly escorted Trump off the stage to a waiting vehicle. Despite the apparent danger and visible blood on his ear and face, Trump stood and pumped his fist, shouting “fight, fight, fight” to the crowd.
The Secret Service promptly posted on X (formerly known as Twitter) to reassure the public of Trump’s safety. See their statement below.
An incident occurred the evening of July 13 at a Trump rally in Pennsylvania. The Secret Service has implemented protective measures and the former President is safe. This is now an active Secret Service investigation and further information will be released when available.
