The man who made Duck Dynasty a national phenomenon is planning his return to television.

Willie Robertson, who is the CEO of hunting company Duck Commander, shot to fame when the reality television show starring his entire family began on A&E in 2012. The show followed him as he bossed around his employees – which consisted of his brothers and his uncle, the close-knit Robertson family, and all the hilarious hijinks that ensued from  having a family of rednecks live very close to each other.

When Duck Dynasty went off the air in 2017, fans were immediately begging for it to come back. Each of the Robertson family members has a decent following on Instagram and Facebook, so we can keep up with their lives, but it’s still not the same not having the show around.

Willie and his wife Korie recently were headlining speakers at the fourth annual Kingdom Business Summit at Charis Bible College in Woodland Park, Colorado on Thursday (June 13). There, Willie revealed that his return to television is coming. Willie and Korie actually just started a new production company, according to Pikes Peak Courier.

“We’re looking at different television shows, and really the same kind of messages — positive shows the whole family can watch,” he said. “We may be on some shows, we may not.”

What we do know, is that although the Robertsons don’t have their own show anymore, their family has continued to grow. Their daughter Rebecca gave birth to a baby boy in January, and their oldest son John Luke and his wife Mary Kate are expecting a child on October. Their daughter Sadie recently got engaged to boyfriend Christian Huff.

We can’t wait to see what they put together, and it seems that Willie can’t either.

“It’ll be fun to get back into it (television) and see what happens,” he said.

Are you excited to see what they’ve got planned?
