Jason Aldean Announces 2024 ‘Highway Desperado’ Tour Extension

Jason Aldean will make 24 new stops on the nationwide tour beginning in the spring of 2024. 

Jason Aldean is a powerhouse in country music and is showing no signs of slowing down. On Monday, November 27th, he announced the 2024 extension of the Highway Desperado tour, which begins in May 2024 and will visit an additional 24 cities. This second wave comes after the tour made an expansive 41 stops across the United States in 2023.

The tour will feature special guests Lauren Alaina, Hailey Whitters, Chase Matthew, Austin Snell, and Dee Jay Silver.

The tour coincides with Jason Aldean’s latest album by the same name. 

The highly-anticipated new album Highway Desperado from superstar Jason Aldean hit speakers on November 3rd. This 14-track collection is Aldean’s 11th studio album since 2005 and is an ode to his time spent pursuing music on the road. 

Aldean described the album, saying: 

“I’ve built my career on the road and it’s my favorite part of what we do – this album really came from that.”

 

Among the tracks on Highway Desperado is the controversial yet wildly successful song “Try That In A Small Town.” The album is currently occupying the 17th spot on the Billboard Hot Country Albums Chart.  

Jason Aldean will also be featured as a headliner for the “Rock The Country” Festivals. 

In addition to the Highway Desperado Tour, Jason Aldean will headline the brand-new country music festival, Rock the Country, alongside Kid Rock. The seven-stop, two-day music festival tour will kick off in Gonzalez, LA, and will take over Ashland, KY, Rome, GA, Ocala, FL, Mobile, AL, Poplar Bluff, MO, and Anderson, SC between April through July of next year.
