Kelly Clarkson’s Kids Make Rare Public Appearance At Her Final Vegas Show
on

Kelly Clarkson’s kids are her biggest supporters.
The superstar singer officially wrapped up her Las Vegas residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace on Saturday night, August 15.
It was a special night for Kelly, and she had the two people who mean the most to her there to celebrate with her. Her kids, Remington (10) and River Rose (12), were right by the stage while she performed.
In a video taken by a concertgoer, Kelly can be seen performing her 2004 hit “Since U Been Gone” as the night’s final song. She wore a green sequin jumpsuit, which is a fun and vibrant look that fans don’t always get to see her in.
The video then pans over to the side of the stage, where Remington and River are standing with some of Kelly’s team members.
They helped toss guitar picks and ping-pong balls into the crowd so fans could have them as keepsakes.
“Thank you so much for supporting us,” Kelly said to the crowd. “We love you all for coming out. We hope it was some great escapism… Don’t spend all your money in Vegas, okay?”

It’s Rare For Fans To See Kelly Clarkson’s Two Kids
We don’t often get to see Kelly’s kids out in public, but they do make the occasional appearance with their famous mom.
River has even performed onstage with Kelly before, while Remington has had his own moment in the spotlight by singing on The Kelly Clarkson Show.
This is also one of the first times fans have seen Kelly’s kids since their father, her ex-husband Brandon Blackstock, passed away at age 48 last year.
Since then, Kelly has decided to end her daytime talk show so she can spend more time with her family.
“Our family life, the dynamic changed a bit,” Clarkson said in an interview with Carson Daly. “And it has changed for a minute now.”
She continued, “I know everybody thinks, ‘Oh, she’s quit.’ I’m like, I still have other jobs, so I’m still doing stuff…there’s just too much on the plate. So I was like, you know what? It’s time to kind of pull back.”
Kelly’s Vegas residency and talk show may be over, but fans will still see plenty of her in the near future.
Next month, Kelly will be one of the four coaches on Season 30 of The Voice.
She also just released her first new song in over a year, titled “I’d Be Lyin'”.
