For the first time on International television, Patrick Swayze and his wife, Lisa Niemi, shared a dance together.

Swayze and Niemi first met at a dance studio when she was taking lessons from Swayze’s mother.

Their love was undeniable, as you can see in this moving performance. The couple was married for 34 years, until Swayze sadly lost his hard-fought battle with pancreatic cancer in 2009.

His legacy lives on through performances like this one that display his incredible talent.

In fact, he was multi-talented. He was he an award-winning actor, an accomplished dancer, and an incredible singer. He sang the power ballad “She’s Like The Wind,” which appeared in his film Dirty Dancing, which went on to become a number one hit on the Adult Contemporary charts. He has said in interviews that his bride served as inspiration for “She’s Like The Wind.”

Watching this intimate, graceful dance will give you goosebumps, especially seeing how Swayze looks at his wife with such passion and emotion. Check out this emotionally touching performance between two people in love and see for yourself undeniable passion firsthand.

Rest in peace, Patrick Swayze. This dance is dedicated to you.
