Texas Man Reels In Rifle While Fishing

A man from Fort Worth, Texas spent his Saturday fishing at Lake Arlington with his family. What began as a peaceful day turned a little chaotic when he reeled in something completely unexpected.

The man’s most-talked about catch wasn’t a record-breaking fish, it was actually a semi-automatic rifle.  According to THV 11, the man reeled in a Galil ACE rifle about 13 miles west of Fort Worth.

He went to a park in Fort Worth and called police, who took possession of the firearm. It’s now in their property room.
