On September 15th, 2020 the New York Post shared a video on YouTube saying that ghost in Gettysburg ran across the road in a “bone-chilling video.”

“Two ‘ghosts’ at Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, were spotted — 157 years after the infamous Civil War battle. See the spooky sight for yourself,” the New York Post wrote in the discription.

They said the video was filmed on September 2nd, 2020 by a New Jersey resident named Greg Yuelling. As Greg drove through Pennsylvania at night his vehicle lights shined through the dark onto the old military cannons. That’s when the camera captured what appears to be ghosts running across the street in the direction the cannons are facing.

Some folks jumped right on board with the narrative but others were not so quick to believe it. Many people in the comments said that it was a smudge on the window or that Greg was driving in the rain and it was water running down the windshield that created the illusion.

“Anyone with a brain can tell it’s a windshield smudge,” one commenter said.

“It moved around soild objects, that’s a alien,” another believed.

“It’s clearly liquid on the windshield being blown away making it look like a ghost,” another guy said
