Miley Cyrus Joins Elton John For Special Performance Of ‘Tiny Dancer’

One of the most anticipated performances of the 60th annual Grammy Awards was a collaboration between Miley Cyrus and Sir Elton John. The performance gave fans a chance to see a different side of Cyrus as she swapped lyrics with John on his 1971 hit song “Tiny Dancer.”

John kicked off the performance sitting behind a piano, clad in an embellished suit and blue glasses. Miley Cyrus joined in on the second verse, looking gorgeous in a magenta ball gown.
According to Bustle, the two singers are long-time friends.

“I’ve known [Miley] for a long time. She’s a big supporter of the Elton John AIDS Foundation, she’s a terrific girl,” John told Ellen DeGeneres in 2013.

The feeling appears to be mutual as Cyrus recently praised Elton John during an appearance on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.
