Chris Stapleton will be a featured guest on Saturday Night Live on April 13th
NBC’s Emmy-winning late-night comedy showcase Saturday Night Live, or SNL, taps celebrity hosts and performers from all genres of the entertainment industry to perform comedic sketches alongside the ensemble cast.
Yesterday, Chris Stapleton broke the news that he will be the musical guest alongside celebrity host Ryan Gosling for the April 13th episode of SNL. The image, which displayed simple notecards pinned to a corkboard background, was shared with the caption:
“I’m just Chris.”
This witty caption makes reference to the recent Barbie Movie, in which Ryan Gosling stars as Ken, and has a shining moment where he performs an 80s power ballad titled “I’m Just Ken.”
