Country star Darryl Worley’s daughter, Savannah, is recovering after being involved in a car accident.

In a post made to social media Sunday, Darryl Worley asked fans to be praying for Savannah, 16, after she was life-flighted to a Tennessee hospital following a “bad wreck” on Sunday (November 17). He said at the time that she suffered a broken leg, bruises, and lacerations.

“Please pray for her and pray I can get home to be with my baby girl and Kimberly!
Worley wrote as he was traveling back to Nashville from a show in New Mexico. “Also pray for the lady in the other car! I don’t have any details on the accident but just ask you to pray!!”

Darryl shared an update on Savannah’s condition Monday evening.

The “Have You Forgotten?” singer shared that Savannah was undergoing surgery to repair her leg and thanked fans for their prayers and support.

“Thank you so much for all the love and support! It means more than you will ever know,” Worley wrote. “Please continue to pray for our baby girl.”

A few hours later he shared, “Savannah is out of surgery and doing well! She’s resting now! The doctor said everything went well!”

Savannah Worley is the only child of Darryl and his wife of 17 years, Kimberly.
