The Duo Shares Humorous Anecdotes About Their Experiences Working Together At The White House
Donald Trump and Elon Musk sat down with Sean Hannity for an interview to discuss their DOGE initiative and their friendship.
The two exchanged compliments and good-natured jabs back and forth throughout the interview, almost like siblings. Hannity joked at one point that the two men were like interviewing “brothers.”
While most of the teasing came from the President, you could tell that the pair has spent much time together behind the scenes.
During the interview, Hannity asked about the DOGE department. Trump said,
“He’s got some very brilliant young people working for him that dress much worse than him. Actually, they dress in just T-shirts.”
The pair laughed at the joke as Hannity continued the bit, saying, “So he’s your tech support?”
Trump and Musk responded at the same time.
Trump said, “He is much more than that.”
While Musk said, “I am tech support.”

What Is DOGE?
DOGE is not the cryptocurrency Dogecoin but stands for The Department of Government Efficiency.
Donald Trump signed an executive order renaming the U.S. Digital Service the U.S. DOGE Service. The order also stated that DOGE would be established within the President’s Executive Office.
Trump picked Elon Musk to run the program because “He’s a leader. Yeah, he really is. He gets it done.”
The new department is attempting to find corruption, fraud, and excess spending in the National Government.
For example, Musk claimed on X that he found out that Social Security is sending money to people who are currently 160 years old. He joked that maybe vampires are collecting the checks.
