Lainey Wilson Joins Post Malone For Surprise Duet Of “I Had Some Help”

Who knew the new Post Malone and Morgan Wallen collab could get even better?

On Monday, June 17, Post Malone made a surprise appearance at The Bluebird Cafe, which is a historic live music venue and cafe in Green Hills, Nashville, Tennessee.

According to The Bluebird Cafe website, the venue, which has been around for the last 42 years, is “a small but mighty listening room where up-and-coming songwriters and artists build their careers.”

Numerous talented artists have performed at the cafe, including Garth Brooks, Keith Urban, Faith Hill, and now country music’s newest addition, Post Malone!

But he wasn’t alone during his debut performance at The Bluebird Cafe — he certainly “had some help.”

Current ACM Entertainer of the Year winner Lainey Wilson and songwriter Ashley Gorley joined him to sing his latest song, “I Had Some Help.”

“I Had Some Help” by Post Malone and Morgan Wallen has taken the country music world completely by storm.

“I Had Some Help” will be featured as the lead single to Malone’s brand new country album, F-1 Trillion. Find out the release date for the highly anticipated project.

Since the duo first teased the song in March, it was evident they had a surefire hit on their hands. And they were right!

After its official release on May 10, the song quickly become a fan-favorite. Soaring to the top of both the Billboard Hot 100 chart and Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart, the song has made history by holding its No. 1 position for five consecutive weeks.

Post Malone and Lainey Wilson’s acoustic version at the cozy cafe elevated the song to an entirely new level. Every single person in the room was singing along to Malone while Wilson contributed with her amazing background vocals.
