Country artist Thomas Rhett spent Memorial Day weekend with his beautiful family at an undisclosed beach.

At some point during the trip, his 5-year-old daughter, Willa Gray, caught her very first red snapper during a fishing trip, with assistance from the one and only Luke Bryan.

Rhett commemorated the moment in a photo that he posted to Instagram. The picture shows his daughter and Bryan, showing off their successful catch. Bryan holds the red snapper up to the camera while Willa proudly smiles next to the fish.

“Thanks uncle Luke for helping Willa Gray catch her first snapper? @lukebryan,” Thomas Rhett captioned the picture.

Willa is the oldest of Rhett’s three daughters. She’s big sister to 3-year-old Ada James, as well as 1-year-old Lennon Love. Last month, in May 2021, during a show at Billy Bob’s in Texas, Rhett announced that his wife Lauren was pregnant with their fourth baby girl, who is due in November.

“Well… we are pregnant again!” he wrote alongside a photo of the couple smiling together at the concert as his wife showed off her baby bump.

“Tonight when I was on stage in Fort Worth about to play ‘to the guys that date my girls’ my wife talked to me in my (ear monitors) and said “you can tell them if you want” so anyways, now you know,” he continued. “We are pumped to be having our 4th girl???.”
