Miranda Lambert Shows Off Her New Horseshoe Tattoo

Country superstar Miranda Lambert posted a photo to social media of her new, subtle but charming horseshoe tattoo.

The 41-year-old singer, most well-known for her songs including “The House That Built Me” and “Mama’s Broken Heart,” can be seen crouched down in an older vintage kitchen where the small horseshoe, which features a heart and two star-like shapes, is tattooed on the outside of her wrist.

Lambert’s fans took to her Instagram post, complimenting the tattoo and her all-denim look.

“Obsessed with the new tattoo,” one user wrote.

“Beautiful lady inside & out,” another said.

Lambert’s tattoo artist, Christina Nguyen, posted a photo of the ink on her personal Instagram, revealing the meaning behind the design.

“Tiny lil horseshoe for @mirandalambert to represent her cutie horses 🐴💕,” Nguyen wrote in the post.

The country singer has a number of other tattoos, including an arrow on the side of her hand and guns with wings on her forearm.

“I do love tattoos,” Lambert revealed to Us Weekly in September 2024. “I think if once you get one, you’re like, ‘I’m a tattoo person now.’”

In January of 2016, Lambert told an audience during a performance in Nashville that some of her tattoos were to document harder seasons she has been through in life.

“Scotty Wray has been with me since I was 17. For a long time he was my band. We have been through everything together, good and bad,” Lambert said to the crowd. “We both went through a really s—-y 2015 and we have the tattoos to prove it.”

Miranda Lambert – A Cowgirl At Heart

Lambert’s love for horses runs deep – and this past year she welcomed her newest beloved member, Cool, to the family.

“Y’all please welcome the newest member of our farmily. This is “Cool”, Lambert said. “He is one of the sweetest horses I’ve ever met. He does it all with grace and patience and has already taught me so much.”

Just last year, Lambert and Lainey Wilson collaborated and released the song “Good Horses” after Lambert invited Wilson to her farm.

“We were sitting on her little balcony of one of her cabins. We were writing this song and they were in the exact same place they were when they wrote ‘Bluebird,’” referring to Lambert’s 2019 hit. “And, as we were writing the song, three bluebirds flew up. And, when they were writing ‘Bluebird’ three bluebirds flew up, too,” Wilson shared. “I believe in signs like that. I think it’s a really special song.”
