Sources close to the project, who chose to remain anonymous, disclosed details to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, hinting at Wallen’s potential role. According to these sources, the restaurant is planned to occupy a significant 10,000-square-foot space across the second and third floors of 63 Las Vegas, located at 3716 Las Vegas Blvd. South.
Public records provide insight into the large investment behind this rumored venue, estimating a hefty value of $9.75 million. However, specific details or official confirmations regarding the project remain under wraps.
It’s speculated that this venue could be an extension of his upcoming bar, “This Bar & Tennessee Kitchen,” an impressive 30,000-square-foot bar, restaurant, and music venue scheduled to open in downtown Nashville later this year.

While the buzz around Wallen’s potential Vegas venture grows, recent events have sparked controversy.
On April 7, Wallen made headlines when he was arrested at Eric Church’s Music City bar, Chief’s, after an incident involving a chair being thrown from the rooftop. Wallen faces three felony charges related to the incident, as per the Metro Nashville Police Department.
In response to the incident, Wallen issued a statement via Twitter, expressing regret for his actions and acknowledging responsibility. Despite the controversy, he confirmed that there would be no changes to his tour plans.
“I didn’t feel right publicly checking in until I made amends with some folks. I’ve touched base with Nashville law enforcement, my family, and the good people at Chief’s. I’m not proud of my behavior, and I accept responsibility,” he wrote. “I have the utmost respect for the officers working every day to keep us all safe. Regarding my tour, there will be no change.”
