While Post Malone’s early work and breakthrough hits leaned more towards rap and hip-hop, he has demonstrated versatility in his music. He has often incorporated elements of various genres, including rock, pop, and country, in his songs. His eclectic taste and willingness to experiment with different styles have contributed to his broad appeal.

Post Malone has frequently expressed his admiration for country music, a sentiment that persists despite his recent shift from hip-hop to pop in his last few albums. His debut appearance at the CMAs, in what was described as a “can’t-miss medley,” marked a noteworthy moment. Last year, on The Howard Stern Show, Malone had even entertained the idea of creating a country album, stating.

“To be honest, there’s nothing stopping me from taking a camera or setting up in my studio in Utah and just recording a country album.”

Just a couple of years back, Post Malone covered Brad Paisley’s “I’m Gonna Miss Her” and Sturgill Simpson’s “You Can Have the Crown,” which fans went crazy about. Watch the full video!

“I’m very grateful. I’m very happy to be a part of this. We’ve got a couple great musicians and we’re just here to play some of my favorite country-esque tunes and just have a good time.”

Fans were ecstatic about this video and took to the comments to share their thoughts on Post Malone’s dip into country music.

This isn’t my first time watching this. We need a Post Malone country album.
