Reba McEntire has released the official music video for her new song, “I Can’t.”

Directed by Dano Cerny, the video dropped on Friday (July 26) and has some pretty stunning visuals to it. In typical Reba McEntire style, the video shows The Voice coach in bold outfits, telling a story of moving on after a tough breakup and seeking a fresh start.

The chorus’s message is all about being unable to help others due to her own personal struggles.

“I can’t row you across right now /
I can’t row you across right now /
I’m too busy building a bridge /
I can’t throw you a line right now /
I can’t throw you a line right now /
I’m too busy tryin’ to live.”

The country icon also teamed up with Grammy-winning DJ Dave Audé to release “I Can’t – Dave Audé Remix.”

Reba first debuted “I Can’t” on The Voice on May 7. Just one week later, she delivered another stunning rendition at the 59th ACM Awards on May 16. She took a brief break from hosting the award show, which was her 17th time, to sing. And good news for Reba fans: She is coming back next year to host the 2025 show!

This fall, Reba’s back on NBC twice over. She returns as a coach on The Voice, starting September 23. Then, from October 18, catch her starring in and executive producing the new sitcom Happy’s Place.

Now, Reba’s bringing back her fire with the “I Can’t” music video!

Set in the middle of the desert, Reba gives a soulful delivery of the song with dancers whose movements are inspired by the lyrics. After a bright lightning strike, Reba’s hair comes down and her jeans and boots are replaced by a long, black dress. Standing on the top of a rock, Reba now has a brighter glimmer in her eyes and a tough tone in her voice. It is truly something!
