Brantley Gilbert is moving. The country singer and his family recently purchased a 300-acre plot to build the next place they will call “home.”

But first, they are selling their current property, which is 11.95 acres of land alongside the North Oconee River in Maysville, Georgia. Gilbert purchased the land in 2010 and built an 8,446-square-foot log cabin two years later.

The house boasts six bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two half-baths, and plenty of space to host friends and family. It also has a “fully equipped gym,” a safe room, a heated saltwater pool, and an in-law suite over the garage.

Gilbert also made sure he built his own impressive “man cave,” which we’re sure will be hard to say goodbye to. The man cave is 68×90 feet and includes living quarters, a full bathroom, a laundry room, a screened porch, and garage doors big enough to fit a motorhome!

The Maysville home is listed for $3,500,000 and is being sold by Lamar Roberts and Sydney Roberts of the Braselton Real Estate Group.

The family will be building a home on their new, 300-acre plot.

The news of Gilbert selling his property comes two months after Brantley and his wife, Amber, revealed they are expecting their third child together!

They are already parents to 6-year-old son Barrett Hardy-Clay and 4-year-old daughter Braylen Hendrix. Chances are, Baby number three will also have the same BHG initials!
