PBR Nashville Stampede Days Held At Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena
Over the weekend, country music legend Tanya Tucker was honored to sing the National Anthem during the PBR’s Nashville Stampede Days at Bridgestone Arena.
The Stampede is Nashville’s first professional bull riding team. They compete in the PBR World Team Series, which turns bull riding into a team event instead of an individual competition. As Bridgestone Arena’s website details, the Stampede was crowned the 2022 PBR Teams Champions.

The Stampede brought “the bull riding action” home from August 16-August 18 by hosting Nashville Stampede Days at Bridgestone Arena.
Tanya Tucker Performs The National Anthem At Stampede Days
Country Music Hall of Fame member Tanya Tucker donned her best cowgirl attire and appeared at Stampede Days to sing the National Anthem at Bridgestone Arena. The “Delta Dawn” singer posted a short video of her performance on Instagram, captioning it:
“Had the honor of singing our National Anthem at @pbr Nashville Stampede Days! Nothing like standing in front of that crowd, feeling the love and pride we all share for this great country. Thank you to everyone who came out and made it such a special night! Let’s keep on ridin’ and showin’ our American spirit!”
Tucker delivered her performance a cappella. Although the video ends before she gets too far into the song, you can tell her performance was a beautiful tribute to America.
Fans complimented Tucker’s singing, leaving comments such as:
