Ever since Fixer Upper first aired on HGTV, people have been envying the lucky families in Waco, Texas that get to live in a house designed by Chip and Joanna Gaines.

Well, now you can rent one out on Airbnb – and let’s just say, the place is gorgeous.

Michael Matsumoto, a producer on the show, announced that he will be renting out his beautiful Crawford, TX home just outside of Waco. The four-bedroom, two-bath farmhouse features a massive yard, a home gym and lots of room to entertain!

Obviously, if you’re friends with Chip & Joanna Gaines and they offer to design your home – you take them up on it. Throughout the entire home, there are elements of style that we love and that mirror what we’ve seen on the show.

1. A Huge Yard

The nice part about living in a place like Waco is the space you get for the money you spend. While a similar priced rental in a big city will get you an apartment downtown with a small balcony, in Waco – your money goes a lot further.

Not only will any kids in the family have lots of room to run around and play, but they’ll also have a play-set and picnic tables to spend the warm summer days on.

2. Space To Workout

While the kids are getting their exercise outdoors, you’ll be hooked up with an impressive home gym. It includes an elliptical, stationary bike, a pegboard, TRX ropes, and yoga equipment. Set up in front of the T.V. this is the perfect room to get in shape while watching your favorite show.

If you want to get outside for your workout, there is also a half-court basketball area which also features a rock climbing wall!

3. A Place To Rest

After a long day of fun in the sun, y’all will be able to relax in the home’s beautifully designed, claw-foot tub. The matte-black and white tub is nestled against large white subway tiles that make for a well-deserved relaxing oasis.

And while you’re spending your time soaking up the suds, the kids can cuddle up in the shabby-chic bunk bed – or should we say bunkhouse.

4. Room To Entertain

Last, but not least, what would a Gaines-designed home be without lots of room to entertain? The home features an open floor plan including a glistening kitchen that any chef would be envious of.

Right next to the kitchen is a bright family room with large windows allowing natural light to come into the home. The coffee table surrounded by comfy couches you could sink into makes for a perfect family board game night!

You could also bring the party outside to the long patio table that seats plenty. The area can be lit at night by the vintage Edison Bulb fixture above the table. You’re sure to make memories that last a lifetime with the ones you love most during your stay.
