Carrie Underwood is known around the world as a country music superstar. But she can rock and roll with the best of them, including Guns N’ Roses!
Underwood had the opportunity to open for Guns N’ Roses during two concerts in Canada in early August. She pulled out all the stops for the show, and covered rock hits such as Joan Jett’s “Bad Reputation,” Motörhead’s “Ace of Spades,” and of course, Heart’s “Alone.”

Underwood impressed tons of viewers with her rendition of “Alone.” She advanced to the next stage of the competition, and eventually won the season.
