2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards – Best New Artist

Jelly Roll was named the Best New Artist in both the country and pop genres at the 2024 iHeart Radio Music Awards. During his acceptance speech, he reminisced back to when he was a child and remembered listening to the radio while driving in the car with his older siblings.

“I never would’ve dreamed I would be one of the voices coming through your radio,” Jelly Roll admitted, adding, “It means that God will always use the least likely messenger with the biggest message every single time.”

2024 CMT Awards – Male Video of the Year

At the 2024 CMT Music Awards, Jelly Roll took home three trophies, making him the most-awarded artist of the night. His second ascent to the stage was to accept the award for Male Video of the Year.  Always a fierce advocate for the underdog, he used his short time on the mic to send a message of encouragement to those who have found themselves on the wrong path.

“It’s important that I stand up here tonight and represent those that are looking for second chances… You can be this guy, you can change, you can turn it around!”

2023 CMA Awards – New Artist of the Year

As a first-time CMA Awards nominee, Jelly Roll was shocked when he took home the award for New Artist of the Year at the 2023 ceremony. The category was stacked with talent including Zach Bryan, Parker McCollum, Megan Moroney, and Hailey Whitters. When the 39-year-old took the stage to accept his award, he shared an inspiring message of hope.

“I don’t know where you’re at in your life or what you’re going through, but I want to tell you to keep going, baby. I want to tell you that success is on the other side. I want to tell you it’s gonna be okay. I want to tell you that the windshield is better than the rearview mirror for a reason.”

Up next, Jelly Roll is nominated for four ACM Awards. Will he add to his already impressive list? Stay tuned!
